What qualifications do your nurses have?

All our nurses are certified by the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council, with at least 5 years of experience in maternal and child health. They receive ongoing training in newborn care, CPR, infection control, and breastfeeding support.

Do you offer 24-hour care?

Yes, our full-time nanny nurse service provides 24/7 coverage with rotating shifts. We also offer night-only or weekend options based on your needs.

How do I book a service?

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Kampala and surrounding districts (Wakiso, Mukono, Entebbe). Contact us to check availability in your area.

Are your services affordable?

We offer competitive pricing starting from UGX 80,000, with transparent quotes. Mobile money payments are accepted for convenience.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations within 24 hours are free. Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance for rescheduling to avoid fees.

Do you provide emergency care?

We specialize in routine and preventive care. Our nurses are trained in basic emergencies and can stabilize situations until medical help arrives.

How do you ensure safety and hygiene?

All staff follow strict hygiene protocols, use PPE, and undergo regular health screenings and background checks.

Can I choose my nurse?

Yes — we provide nurse profiles based on availability, and you can select or switch if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept mobile money (MTN, Airtel), bank transfer, and cash. Full invoices are provided for every service.
